The widely-read Manchester Union Leader has endorsed McCain for the Republican Presidential nomination. This endorsement is a huge victory in the battle for the New Hampshire Primary. Let the editors speak for themselves:
"What is most compelling about McCain ... is that his record, his character, and his courage show him to be the most trustworthy, competent, and conservative of all those seeking the nomination. Simply put, McCain can be trusted to make informed decisions based on the best interests of his country, come hell or high water."

Well the newspaper got it right, and hopefully this gives McCain a bump in the polls. Sadly, so many people vote based on who they think will win, based on the media's reporting of the polls.
McCain should continue to gain in the polls in New Hampshire. I just hope that the independents come out in droves again come January 8th.
I think that the endorsement of Lieberman is a real positive for the McCain Campaign and that it will build confidence in others to come forward and to back Mccain. We are building momentum everyday and gaining in the polls.
I am worried that McCain's surge may soon plateau, time for another big endorsement or hit against Romney to give him the boost to #1 in New Hampshire. I know John McCain won't go negative, he's too good a guy, but it would be nice if Romney keeps running his mouth.
Where are you "hoosiers for mccain?"
I'd like to work together on a few posts and links.
Here is why I support John McCain
